Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out promptly.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery usually takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. You must initiate the return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of their use, the following items are non-returnable:

Returns & Exchanges Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Please include the RMA number on the package.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Standard shipping fees apply for exchanges.
